TSB operates a pop-up Branch service in Nottingham, Victoria Centre providing a wide range of Product and Payment services, including full cash deposit, exchange and withdrawal services for Small Business and Personal customers.

How do you shrink a full – sized branch?

Balancing cost-efficiency with consumer expectation, means innovating to deliver the same range of facilities as a full branch, with leaner infrastructure – and that includes cash transacting.

TSB chose OneBanx to support their pop-up strategy in Nottingham, enabling their customers to withdraw and deposit notes using the on-site TSB Cash Kiosk. Using OneBanx’ white-label application, TSB was able to customize and brand their own version of OneBanx’ industry leading deposit and withdrawal solution, enabling TSB customers to access their accounts on the Open Banking network, using the TSB Cash Kiosk App.

Customers needing assistance to use the service are supported by a TSB Mobile Money Confidence Expert, who is be on hand to help users connect to their bank to complete transactions privately at the TSB Transaction Kiosk.
