Deleting your OneBanx or TSB Cash Kiosk account

For the OneBanx app or the TSB Cash Kiosk app:
1. Sign into the app.
2. Go to the Settings tab
3. Select “Delete my account” and press confirm.

Your account will be removed and you won’t be able to sign in.
OneBanx will retain transactional data for 6 years or longer, if necessary. Your personal data will removed wherever it is possible, but may be kept for longer under some circumstances.
